When we have applicants interested in viewing your property, we will explain your requirements/restrictions and accompany them to a viewing, with keys you have provided. If required, we will arrange a mutually convenient appointment for you to meet the applicants too.
Easylet will forward viewing feedback so that you are aware of how many times we have visited and any comments made by applicants. If a property remains un-let after a few weeks, we will discuss a price tweak or alter the marketing profile to gain fresh interest.
Easylet will negotiate any offers received between you and the applicant and confirm all the terms of any offer, for your acceptance. When you agree an applicant, then we will provide them with a sample tenancy agreement (if requested) and apply for references and credit checks for each prospective adult tenant.
Easylet use a professional referencing agency to verify all the information the applicant supplies to us. Easylet shall reference your tenants to qualify for rent and legal expenses guarantee.
We will advise you once the references have been completed, agree a date and will then proceed with letting the property.

We will prepare a comprehensive assured shorthold tenancy agreement setting out the rights and obligations of both parties, including any special terms that may have been agreed.
We will set up a rent collection schedule from the tenant to Easylet so that future rent payments are made promptly direct into our client account. Easylet will collect the first months rent, together with the deposit. Easylet provides an email statement every time a tenant pays rent.
Easylet will automatically register the deposit with The Deposit Protection Service in accordance with legally required deposit procedures.
